About the role You are the leader and heartbeat on the gym floor. As a strength coach for small groups, it is your job to guide both experienced and inexperienced participants through their training. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that’s where you come in.

In our training concept Train & Learn, we lead our members in focused training programs in a gym environment to teach exercises, techniques, and most importantly, to inspire.

The position involves a part-time employment of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Kviberg. Don’t have a qualification as an instructor? No worries - if you are the right person for us, it will be included in your employment.

We are looking for you To thrive and develop in the role of coach, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has a knack for inspiring others, and can clearly guide others through their training. We would like you to have experience in gym training and leadership, but we also ensure that you receive training before starting the role.

Of course, you should be comfortable leading others and speaking in front of an enthusiastic group of participants. Your interest in fitness and health is a given.
